Free sign-up credit consumed vs charged usage, across every deployed install.

Module price book

The monthly list price for each module. Default is £100; set your own per module. These feed every customer's subscription, then bundles, volume tiers and per-customer discounts are applied on top.

When on, your statements and the Xero export add VAT on top of every price (net → VAT → gross). The Xero CSV stays net per line and sets the VAT tax rate so Xero calculates the VAT itself. Your dashboard earnings stay shown net — VAT collected isn't revenue.
